Board members and staff of the State Medical Board of Ohio are public employees and are subject to the Ohio Ethics Laws enforced by the Ohio Ethics Commission. Public employees are unable to accept gifts, including gifts of food, or items of value from individuals holding or applying for a license, or otherwise doing or seeking to do business with the Board.
